Genieve Nunn of Raleigh has earned the Silver Award, the second highest achievement in Girl Scouting.
For her Silver Award project, Genieve cleaned and repaired the playroom used by Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network at her church and provided child care for the children of homeless families while their parents attended life-skills classes.
Genieve, the daughter of James and Amanda Nunn, attends Broughton High School and is a member of Troop 1381.
