RALEIGH — Drivers coming into downtown Raleigh from the south Friday morning found only one of South Wilmington Street’s usual two lanes available in the 300 block south of East Martin Street because of repairs being made to a building.
Crews set up barricades Thursday night to close off the right lane of South Wilmington so they could work at No. 301, and city officials said the lane would be closed through the weekend.
The barricades were expected to be gone by rush hour Monday morning, the city said.
