DURHAM — A man was shot multiple times early Friday at an apartment complex off Ellis Road, and police were looking for two suspects, they said.
EMS workers rushed the victim to Duke University Hospital in critical condition, police said.
Police got the call to the Colonial Grand Apartments at Research Park shortly after 4 a.m. and found the man wounded, police said.
Spokeswoman Kammie Michael said investigators believe two men, both with guns, were responsible. They did not immediately release descriptions.
They asked that anyone with information call CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.
