RALEIGH — Multiple accidents are slowing traffic on eastbound Interstate 40, causing lane closures between the U.S. 1 and Gorman Street exits.
The accidents also are causing traffic to back up on U.S. 1 at the I-40 on-ramp.
There are no immediate reports of injuries.
