DURHAM — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Durham man in connection with a Dec. 12 shooting on Truman Street.

Investigators have charged Terrell Antwaun Barnes, 22, of Sedgefield Street, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and discharging a firearm within city limits.
