RALEIGH — A 23-year-old Raleigh man died early Saturday when he lost control of his speeding ATV and crashed into a parked pickup near his home.
Benjamin Feldman of 7120 Shellburne Drive, died at the scene near the corner of Shellburne Drive and Shellburne Court in the 3:30 a.m. crash.
Police said he was driving an estimated 53 mph in the 25-mph zone when he lost control of the ATV, which flipped over and slammed into the parked truck before landing on top of him.
