Shoddy service

Looks like our governor-elect, who says citizens are his customers, needs to do some market research. In planning for inaugural festivities, he seems to ignore the long-time service of the Junior League and its work for the area’s needy (“Inaugural ball may face unexpected competition,” Dec. 8).

Not good customer service, Mr. McCrory.
