Tracey R. Diggs born April 29, 1968 and died on November 13, 2012 at Washington Adventist Hospital in Silver Springs, Maryland, from complications of diabetes. Tracey is survived by her mother: Gracie Diggs; father, Ronald Diggs; son, Kai C. Diggs; sister, Jennifer Diggs; brother, Christopher Diggs, all of Raleigh; and a deceased sister, Veronica A. Lucas; a brother-in-law, Harold Lucas; nephew, Trevionne Lucas and a host of aunts, cousins, friends and her WakeMed/Wake AHEC family.

Tracey was a warm and loving person and left a good impression on everyone who met her. Tracey loved Billie Holiday and enjoyed laughter with friends and family.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to WakeMed Hospital, Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, St. Thomas More Rehab in Hyattsville, Maryland, and Washington Adventist Hospital in Silver Springs, Maryland for her care.

Tracey has requested no memorial service, she wants everyone to remember her as she was, full of life. Arrangements by Brown-Wynne Funeral Home (East Millbrook Chapel).
