Almost 50 percent of salespeople say limited mobile access hurts their ability to sell, according to a survey on the use of tablets to support sales activities conducted by MicroStrategy, an enterprise software provider. Here are other findings:
48.3% said chronic inefficiencies in administrative work wastes active selling time.
36.6% said laptop/desktop system is not suited for field activity.
25% said lack of insight into what products, services and solutions to offer customers.
