Calley Mangum of Raleigh was a featured author at The Ravenscroft School’s book fair this fall.
She sold more than 40 copies of her most recent book, “The Chipped Trilogy,” and donated around $300 from the sales to the school’s endowment. “The Chipped Trilogy,” a collection of three novels set in the future, is one of five books that Calley, 18, has self-published. Her first novel was published when she was in middle school.
Calley, the daughter of Tal and Michael Mangum, is a senior at The Ravenscroft School.
