The recently formed theater company South Stream Productions stages Copenhagen this weekend at Durhams Common Ground Theatre (and at Carrboro ArtsCenter next weekend). Copenhagen is Michael Frayns drama about German physicist Werner Heisenbergs 1941 visit to Danish physicist Niels Bohr.
That meeting was private, but Frayn speculates on how it affected the war and the development of the atomic bomb. 7:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday; 7 p.m. Sunday. $12-$15. 919-417-2477; southstreamproductions.blogspot.com.
