A page buffet
The editors’ views and “The People’s Forum” on Jan. 1 offered an extraordinary trove of deep thinking and in-depth explanations of elusive information that many would never understand without such assistance. There were thoughtful discussions on honesty, integrity, fair play and just plain differences of opinion in the arenas of history, civics, law, war, economics, religion, business, government, international treaties, environmental management, planetary awareness, health care, budgeting, taxation and spending.
All three branches of our national and local governments were addressed. Many people worked hard delivering so much good stuff on one sheet of paper.
If you failed to read that page, you might want to seek it out and enjoy an interesting, informative and exhilarating ride in our world.
