RALEIGH — A 37-year-old Zebulon resident, Noe Baltazar-Guerrero of 216 W. Horton St., was being held on $1 million bond Thursday at the Wake County Detention Center on charges of committing a sexual offense with a 12-year-old.

Zebulon police arrested Baltazar-Guerrero on Tuesday night at his home, a report said.

An arrest warrant says the offense occurred between June 15 and June 30 last year.

The charges police filed against Baltazar-Guerrero were first-degree sexual offense and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
