Freaks and ducks

I read recently that a well-known coach is known for using the word “freaking” a lot, and it was indicated that this was a substitute for the “F” word.

So, what is one to assume when a Wake County school board member (Dec. 15 news story) uses the words “give a duck”? Is this a model for our children to follow?
