Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal will headline a dinner at next week’s Winter Meeting of the Republican National Committee in Charlotte.

Jindal, mentioned as a possible 2016 presidential candidate, will speak at Thursday’s dinner at the Westin Hotel.

The GOP meetings kick off Wednesday and end Friday with the election of a national chairman. North Carolina’s new Republican Gov. Pat McCrory will host a welcome reception Wednesday night. Jim Morrill
