APEX — An Apex man is charged with assault with a deadly weapon Thursday after shooting a woman with a shotgun, according to police reports.
Cleveland Braxton Curtis Jr., 31, of 3509 Bakers Alley, is also charged with discharging a weapon in an occupied property, assault on a female and possession of a firearm by a felon. He has been charged with assault on a female twice before.
The attack happened at 3615 Bakers Alley, according to police reports.
Curtis is being held on a $255,000 bond.
