Apex Middle honors courageous students

Several Apex Middle School students were honored in December for displaying courage.

The students rewarded for the character trait were Dania Antunez-Aleman, Jenna Bakke, Philipp Hunter Bixby, Steven Castaneda, Joanna Clark, Grace Devlin, Rowan Dosher, Axahy Gallardo Ensaldo, Michael Laino, Danial Mahmoudi, Julian Mauro, Matthew Pak, Alyssa Poth, Kyra Powell, Daniel Ritcey, Alexander Sayre, Jacinta Tyner, Armel Webster and Caleb White.

Special recognition for an act of integrity was given to Jatyra Little.

Each student received a key chain featuring the school’s cougar mascot and congratulations from principal Camille Hedrick.
