If you own a computer, you’ll find the musical comedy “Nerds” pretty funny. If you work a lot with computers or have used them for decades, you’ll find the show a laugh riot. This Broadway-bound piece has punch lines galore as it follows the highly fictionalized rise of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. N.C. Theatre’s top-notch production has a stellar cast of nine playing multiple roles as they sing and dance through rock, rap, gospel and Broadway song parodies. Fletcher Opera Theater, Raleigh. 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (through Feb. 3). $49-$64. 919-831-6941; nctheatre.com.
