Be like Ike
The current Republican Party, state and national, should pay attention to what one of its patron saints said many years ago.
Dwight Eisenhower was quoted as saying, “Except for moral issues and exact sciences, extreme positions are always wrong.”
I am a Democrat with a great deal of respect for Ike.
