Question for Berger
In his own words! I cannot believe Sen. Phil Berger defends his position on Medicaid (“The missing Medicaid facts,” Feb. 14) saying “North Carolina’s hospitals say they make money on privately insured patients but lose money on Medicaid patients.”
I have to ask the obvious. How much money do our hospitals make on someone with no insurance?
