RALEIGH — A Raleigh man is charged with nine counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor for possessing nine videos depicting underage females in various types of intercourse.

Marvin Allen Johnson, 48, of 900 Lake Front Drive, Apartment K, was arrested Thursday and his bail is set at $300,000.

If convicted on all nine counts he could face between 11 and 55 years in prison.
