RALEIGH — Police charged two men with trafficking in marijuana Thursday, saying one had a storage shed where he kept the drug and delivered between 10 and 50 pounds of the drug.
One warrant charges that Travion Adidas Stokes, 38, of 905 Greenwich St. in Raleigh kept a shed on property at 601 Sawmill Road for storing and selling marijuana and trafficked in it by delivering it.
A second warrant charges that Van Lamar McKnight, 30, of 7369 Sandy Creek Road had the marijuana and also transported it.
McKnight faces two counts of trafficking in marijuana, one saying he possessed between 10 and 50 pounds of marijuana and the other that he transported it.
Stokes is charged with one count of trafficking that says he delivered the drug and one count of maintaining a dwelling place or vehicle for keeping and selling drugs.
McKnight was being held on a $200,000 bond.
Stokes was being held on a total bond of $210,000.
