Mr. & Mrs. Scott Harbinson of Fuquay-Varina, NC are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Krista Emma Harbinson to Alex Kraig Cummings, son of Mr. & Mrs. Kraig Cummings of Esperance, NY.

Krista is the granddaughter of Merrill & Dot Whitener of Penrose, NC and Denny & Joe Anne Harbinson of Conover, NC. Alex is the grandson of Reuben & Marilyn Bennett and June Nolen & the late James Nolen.

Krista is a student at UNC Charlotte and will graduate in May, 2013. She is also a CNA employed with Senior Helpers. Alex is a 2011 graduate of Wingate University and is employed with World Racing Group.

A fall wedding is planned in Western, NC.
