Christine Ann Fischer and Alexander Gray Walton were married on August 11, 2012, at The Point Lake and Golf Club on Lake Norman, NC. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Fischer of Mooresville. Christine graduated from North Carolina State University, where she was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority, with a BS in Secondary Language Arts and Social Studies. Christine is a teacher at Mills Park Middle School in Cary.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Walton of Raleigh. Alexander graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Elon School of Law. Alexander is an Assistant Attorney General with the NC Department of Justice.
