RALEIGH — Police have charged a 22-year-old woman with 11 felony counts and a misdemeanor in what arrest warrants say was a shopping spree after taking three credit cards from two people at a restaurant on Thursday.
Keia Denise Bazemore of 2025 Swimming Hole Circle was arrested Saturday morning at the Cameron Village shopping center, according to an arrest report.
Raleigh police charged her with six counts of financial card theft, five counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and one count of misdemeanor larceny.
Bazemore used the cards to shop at two clothing stores and at a Walmart, to take a Green Taxi and to rent a car from Triangle Rent-a-Car, according to the warrants.
Bazemore was being held Monday on $250,000 bail pending a court appearance.
