Northern Arizona will kick off its 2013 football season at the University of Arizona and then try to make a run at the Big Sky Conference title.

The Lumberjacks finished with an 8-3 record last season, one game out of first place with a 6-2 Big Sky mark.

After its Aug. 31 opener at Arizona, Northern Arizona will go on to play five home games in a 11-game schedule. The games are against South Dakota (Sept. 21) from the Missouri Valley Football Conference and Big Sky opponents Montana (Sept. 28), Idaho State (Oct. 19, Homecoming), North Dakota (Nov. 2) and Northern Colorado (Nov. 16).
