Lilly Tart Spence, 85, passed away on February 26, 2013. Funeral service will be held 2:00 Thursday at McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. L. E. Godwin, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Battle Ray Spence. She is survived by her children, Tilley Preston & husband Mike of Clayton, Donald Moore of Texas, Susan Auton & husband Jerry of Clayton, Jimmy Spence of Clayton, brother Melvin Tart of Clayton, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
