Generous NRA
The National Rifle Association recognizes that our mental health system needs more funding, according to the Feb. 21 full-page ad.
Surely, the NRA will support a 10 percent surcharge on all gun sales and 20 percent on all ammunition sales if 100 percent of that money went toward funding mental health efforts, including school counselors.
