The store, at 100 Grand Hill Place, sells groceries, meats and bakery items, and has a pharmacy and a Starbucks. It is in Holly Springs Towne Center, the shopping center under construction off the N.C. 55 Bypass.

The 377,000-square-foot first phase of the center is also to include a Marshalls, Michaels, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Petco, Ulta Beauty, Pier 1 and SportClips, along with a mattress store, a nail salon and several as yet unspecified stores.

The Minneapolis-based retailer plans to build a 135,000-square-foot store, according to Kite Realty, the developer. Kite is also the developer behind Holly Springs Towne Center.
