Melissa Adams Hendricksen, 34, passed away on Thursday.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at Piney Grove Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the cemetery adjacent to the church.

She is survived by her son, Eric Jay Hendricksen, Jr.; parents, Charles “Butch” and Brenda Smith Adams; sisters, Brittney Cotten and husband, Jack of Coats, Cindy Adams of Dunn; brothers, Butch Adams, Jr. and wife, Shawna of Angier, Clifford Adams and wife, Rebecca of Angier, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Melissa was preceded in death by her daughter Tiffany Nicole Hendricksen.
