Robert Trent Johnson, retired US Army, of Killeen, TX. died suddenly on Sunday, February 24, 2013. Following graduation from Cary High School, Trent pursued a career in the US Army and served proudly for 22 years. His assignments included extended duty in Korea, Egypt, Germany and Iraq.

He is survived by his wife, Janyl; son, Trent Scott Johnson of Denton, Texas; parents, Tom and Becky Johnson of Rocky Mount, NC; and sister, Lauren Wellenhofer of Rocky Mount.

A private memorial service will be held for Trent’s immediate family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to a charity of your choice.
