Patricia Ann Rose, of Raleigh, passed away peacefully following a long battle with cancer, Saturday afternoon, March 2, 2013 at Hospice of Wake County.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 2291 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC.

The family will receive friends 10-11:00 a.m., Saturday prior to the service.

The Rose family would like to express their gratitude for the love and compassionate care Patty received from the staff of Hospice Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in memory of Patty to Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607 or a donation of your choice.
