Lila Griffith Nelson Morris, 96, passed Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Lila was a native of Garysburg, NC.

Funeral arrangements will be handled by Massey Funeral Home of Jackson. The family will receive friends at Massey Funeral Home Thursday evening, March 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, March 8th at Garysburg United Methodist Church in Garysburg, NC. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Garysburg United Methodist Church Endowment Fund c/o the United Methodist Foundation, 700 Waterfield Ridge Place, Garner, NC 27529.
