Ruth Parrish Bellamy, 90, went to be with the Lord Wednesday. Born in Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rena Gardner Surcy. Mrs. Bellamy was a life-long member of the Willow Spring Primitive Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Willow Spring Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Willow Spring.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bellamy is predeceased by a son, Glenn Rambeaut, three sisters, two brothers.

Survivors include her daughter, Anne Parrish Nowell of Garner; grandson, Allen Nowell of Garner; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Rambeaut; several nieces and nephews, also a special Poodle named Angel.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff and nurses of Laurels of Forest Glenn and a special nurse, Mary Petersen for the excellent care they provided to Ruth.
