Job hunger

Here is one more argument in support of your March 3 editorial against repealing North Carolina’s “death tax,” which you properly label a “windfall tax.” Any creation of jobs caused by repeal of the estate tax could be dwarfed by the gain in jobs that will occur if the proceeds of the tax are invested in the education, training and health of underprivileged children, many of whom will be hungrier, more ambitious and more entrepreneurial than their “trust fund baby” counterparts
