John Newbould “Jack” Musgrave, 64, passed away at his home.

Jack was born in Wayne County on April 2, 1948 to the late James R. Musgrave and Helen Davis Musgrave. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a Special Forces medic and retired after a successful sales career.

Private graveside service will be held in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Jack is survived by his wife, Susan W. Musgrave; son, John Robert Musgrave; daughter, Julie Musgrave Stutts; four grandchildren and the mother of his children, Carol Richter Bass. He is also survived by his brothers, Bob Musgrave and Doug Musgrave. Jack was preceded in death by brothers: Edward, Jerry and Rick Musgrave.
