Needed overhaul

As an insurance agent and a resident of North Carolina, I want to thank Sen. Wesley Meredith and Rep. Jeff Collins for introducing common sense legislation. Since moving to North Carolina from Virginia over 15 years ago, I have been amazed at the antiquated auto insurance environment here. Why are we good drivers paying more so the bad drivers can pay less? Why does a person who has driven for over 25 years, without an accident or a ticket, have their insurance premium go way up with one slip up?

SB 154 makes sense. We should all do what we can to make sure our legislators know that this is good for all of us in North Carolina!
