Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Thompson Barber of Raleigh, NC are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Wolcott Barber (Cottie) of Raleigh, NC to Mr. Todd Alan Williams of Greensboro, NC. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Norman Williams of Lincolnton, NC.

The wedding is planned for May 11, 2013 at White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC.

Her maternal grandparents are Mrs. Caroline Conant Wade and the late Mr. Charles Joseph Wade of Lexington, KY. Her paternal grandparents are the late Ms Linda Thompson Barber and Mr. Leonard Russell Barber of Ashland, KY.

The groom's maternal grandparents, were the late Mr. and Mrs. Max Calvin Beasley of Anderson, SC. His paternal grandparents were the late Mr. and Mrs. James Norman Williams of Hudson, NC.

The bride has a B.S. degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and currently operates her own tutoring business.

The groom has a B.S. degree from N.C. State University and is currently employed as a Senior Vice President at BB&T in Greensboro, NC.
