Formula for success

First: Gerrymander the state so that your party gets more legislative members than the popular vote would indicate.

Second: Pass laws denying health care and higher unemployment benefits to our older and poorer citizens, even though these would be financed at no cost to N.C. taxpayers.

Third: Pass a voter ID law that would make it difficult for these same voters to express their opinion.
