Doggie Easter Egg Hunt scheduled in Apex

— The fifth annual Doggie Easter Egg Hunt happens Saturday from 10 to noon in Crowder Park in Apex.

The event, sponsored by AniMall Pet Adoption and Outreach Center, gives dogs a chance to hunt for plastic eggs filled with treats while their owners support animal rescue efforts in the Triangle.

AniMall is a nonprofit group based out of Cary Towne Center mall.

A $5 donation is requested for participation. There will also be a silent auction and a raffle.

Crowder Park is located at 4709 Ten-Ten Road in Apex.
