Julian Milo Fields, Jr.

Julian Milo Fields, Jr. of Williamsburg, Virginia passed away on Friday, April 5, 2013. He was born on May 13, 1952 in Raleigh, NC.

Julian graduated from Western Carolina University and later worked as a regional manager for Pontiac Motor Division. He owned and operated Budget Auto in Newport News for a number of years. Julian never met a stranger, had a grand sense of humor, and was uncommonly good company. His greatest joy was helping others and spending time with family and friends. He was a member and past president of the Rotary Club.

Julian is survived by Libba, his beloved wife of 31 years; his daughter, Whitney, of Angier, NC; his mother, Myrle L. Fields, of Raleigh, NC; and his sister, Paula F. Taylor of Garner, NC. He was predeceased by his father, Julian M. Fields.

Julian’s life will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, at Kingsmill’s Mounts Bay Recreation Center in Williamsburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
