It was around midnight on Oct. 19, 2011, when police arrived at 3704 Four Seasons Dr. in response to reports of a breaking and entering at the home of Willis Andrea Yates.
When officers arrived, they found Yates, 33, dead of a gunshot wound. Durham detectives think two men broke into the home and shot Yates, but indicated that the motive for the shooting was not clear.
