Bomb rights

Is the right to possess and use a pressure-cooker bomb covered by the Second Amendment? The argument that “assault” weapons can be used for hunting seems to hold here; dynamite bombs are commonly used for blast-fishing, where explosives are used to stun or kill fish for easy collection.
