Top Cary Ballet dancers chosen for festival performance

Top dancers with the Cary Ballet were chosen to be part of the company that performed at the Festival of N.C. Dance and the ballet’s annual Spring Gala this year.

Performing “Caravan,” a piece choreographed by professional dancer Tom Shoemaker, and “Tales of an Athenian Forest,” based on “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” were Michelle Lam, Emmy Feng and Stephanie Kim, juniors at Green Hope High School in Cary; Jennifer Romano, a junior at Apex High School; and Abbey DiSano, a senior at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh.
