RALEIGH — Don Lionel Devega, 19, of Raleigh faces charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony conspiracy after police accused him of robbing a Six Forks Road Fool Lion grocery store last month.
Devega was arrested about 6 p.m. Thursday on Guy Circle.
