14 handguns stolen from Raleigh gun shop

— Fourteen handguns were reported stolen from a Raleigh firearms store early Saturday.

A call to police came in shortly after 2 a.m. regarding a break-in at Eagle 1 Supply, according to Raleigh Police Department spokesman Jim Sughrue.

Processing of the scene had not been completed as of Saturday morning, and an investigation was ongoing, he said. No employees were present at the time of the suspected burglary.

Eagle 1 Supply stands on the 4400 block of Craftsman Drive in Raleigh. According to a company website, the store includes a firing range and a stock of handguns, long guns and body armor.
