Raleigh man accused of selling marijuana, cocaine, heroin from apartment

— A 22-year-old man who told police he is a grocery store stock clerk faces charges that he used his apartment on Wolf Walk Way to sell marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

Joshua Roberson of 5909 Wolf Walk Way was being held on $40,000 bail for a court appearance Monday following his arrest Saturday afternoon at the Raleigh police Downtown District station..

Police alleged in an arrest warrant that last Wednesday, Roberson had 120 grams of marijuana, 20.6 grams of cocaine and just over 1 gram of heroin.

They did not disclose what led them to that allegation.

Roberson was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver each of the drugs and with maintaining the apartment as a place to keep and sell drugs.
