Scout builds benches at Raleigh church

Hudson Ayers of Raleigh has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouts.

For his Eagle project, Hudson designed and led the construction of four wooden benches at his church, St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Raleigh.

He provided landscaping as well.

Hudson, the son of Randy and Barbara Ayers, is a member of Troop 11 at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Raleigh and a senior at Enloe High School.
