Raleigh teen critical after high-speed, rollover crash in Wake County

— Justin Walker, 18, of Raleigh was thrown from his car after it ran off Jordan Road south of Garner at about 70 mph late Tuesday and went into a ditch and rolled over, the state Highway Patrol said.

Walker was listed in critical condition Wednesday at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh.

Troopers said the 2000 Honda Accord that Walker was going west at about 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on Jordan Road when it went off the left side near Salus Road.

Walker was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, accident investigators determined.
