Statistically speaking: Small-business ownership is good for your health

More than half of 1,300 small-business owners surveyed said their personal health is better as a result of running their own business, according to the Spring 2013 Bank of America Small Business Owner Report. Here are other findings:

49% get between seven and eight hours of sleep every night

35% are exercising more frequently.

21% are spending more time with a spouse, family or friends.
